Personal Christmas Cards

Before my little break from blogging over Christmas and New Year I didn’t get a chance to share with you the Christmas cards I made.  Normally I try to make and share my Christmas cards with lots of people but 2010 was such a chaotic year for me that I simply ran out of time and didn’t get a chance to make as many as I has hoped. With not a lot of time available- I kept the design super simple and let the photos of my 4 little ones be the main feature.

PATTERNED PAPER: Christmas cocoa speciality designer series paper (Special Promotion paper- no longer available)

CARDSTOCK: whisper white, cherry cobbler, early espresso, crumb cake

STAMP SETS: Occasional Greetings (pg 19)

OTHER: Clear rhinestones, scallop trim border punch (pg148)  Big Shot and Sizzlets (lots of tags) (pg 152) Square lattice Textured impressions embossing folder (pg 17 of Summer Mini)

I was so excited when Stampin’ Up released treat cups in the catalogue!  What a novel idea being able to add treats to your card fronts with the add if these self adhesive bubbles.  I am sure you can imagine how excited I was when they released HEART shaped treat cups!   Well to make it even more exciting- you can receive some heart treat cups for FREE (Just in time for Valentine’s Day Wink)
