In a little over a week I’m off to join fellow Stampin’ Up Demonstrators at the Stampin’ Up! Convention in Canberra. I have been looking forward to this event for the past few months and can’t believe that in a little over a week I will be there enjoying the fantastic atmosphere and spending time with friends and meeting new people.
In the meantime there is so much I should be doing but all the other little jobs have been getting in the way of preparation for Convention. I just know I will be tossing my gear into my bag the night before and hoping for the best!
If you would like to place an order before I go away- please be sure to get in touch. miriamthomas@ westnet.com.au OR (08) 90917655 OR 0419 947 047. Don’t forget that with all orders over $100 I am offering the gift of a FREE Stampin’ Pad- but you must order before the 27th April.
If you don’t catch me before I go away, please feel free to send me an E-mail and I will attend to you order upon my return.
Here are a couple of kids birthday cards I have created using the “Pun Fun” Stamp Set.
The colour combination for the first card is Riding Hood Red, Pink Piroutte, Old Olive and Basic Gray. The birthday greeting is from “More Thoughts” and the Old Olive felt flower is from the “Flower Fusion” Tin
The second card has been created using the new in colours Riding Hood Red, Kiwi Kiss, Tangerine Tango and is teamed with Apricot Appeal. The Birthday greeting comes from the “Party Hearty” Stamp set. On this card I have used a number of punches, the corner rounder punch, 3.5cm punch, designer label punch, large oval punch and spiral punch (for the notebook effect down the side)
I almost forgot to mention that the little cupcake that the bird is holding ISN’T part of the stamp. I added the little cupcake from the “Short and Sweet” stamp set Page 117 using my STAMPAMAJIG
I’ll have more to share soon.
