It’s been a while since I shared a scrapbook page

It’s been a while since I shared a scrapbook page.  This page I completed a little while ago so some of the items are now retired but all products used are Stampin’ Up!  Although the patterned papers featured on this page are now retired- there are some absolutely divine choices on pages 132-135 of the catalogue.  The patterned paper sets include TWELVE double-sided sheets for only $16.95.  That’s less than $1.50 per sheet!

In the top left hand corner I have used a Soft Sky Carousel note behind the title.  The colour is now retired but you can purchase the Carousel Notes in set that includes 4 each of Ruby Red, Kiwi Kiss and Baja Breeze with 12 Chocolate Chip Envelopes (page 131 of the new catalogue)  These scalloped circles are designed to be a notecard but as you can see the possibilities are limitless and in this case I have decided to use them on a scrapbook page.

I love how the NEW ‘In Colour’ Pink Pirouette works with Erin’s dress.   Isn’t it lovely!?

It is difficult to see in the photo but the Chipboard letters (p6 147) and accents have been coated in Whisper White Ink.  Once dried I added Heat and Stick Powder using Versamark Ink and then a layer of Dazzling Diamonds.  This glitter is so much fun to use and because Stampin’ Up! like to spoil you with choice we now have this fine  glitter available in a set known as Fine Supernova that includes Chocolate, Olive, Orange and Aqua.  (p 145)

I love using ribbon on my projects.  In this case I have made little pleats in the ribbon for added interest but there are some lovely decorative ribbon choices on page 150 of the new catalogue.

If I can help you with ordering any of your scrapbooking supplies- then I would love to hear from you! miriamthomas@westnet.com.au OR (08) 90917655 OR 0419 947 047
